Since last post...(when I was mentally slipping) ....we hopped in the car, drove 9 1/2 hours to the North Carolina mountains, I bought a crystal for 1/8th the price it woulda been in Sedona (😜), ate a lil bbq, saw hubs college stomping grounds, took a quiet run alone listening to birds, took 900 pictures of nature, hugged a tree..and am feeling so much happier & centered. . Sometimes we just gotta change our scenery & stand in the middle of NATURE. Maybe Remember whats important when it all boils down to it..and for me it’s the simplest things like staring at every damn tree like its Gods art. .
