Thank you thank you thank you @jenniferlatham @tartinebakery for your amazing tutorials! I watched everything, was patient and look what happened!!! I placed the dough in the pot of the Dutch oven rather than the pan/lid and it has this really fun shape. Going to try a more conventional boule next.
