Not long ago, @africanparksnetwork relocated 500 elephants from here when their numbers flourished in the park two decades after almost vanishing. While the park proved to be a successful habitat for elephants, they needed human assistance to move because wildlife corridors connecting other parks and wild areas became compromised by development or, in some cases, disappeared entirely.
