A dear friend and I, along with her 11 yr old son, were eating lunch out when we both felt led to speak to a lady who seemed to be struggling physically, but hesitated because she was on the job. As we walked to our car we saw her delivering a to-go order and asked when she would be off work. “In 10 mins,” she replied. God’s timing is always perfect!! We asked if we could pray for her afterward. She got tears in her eyes and said she would meet us at our car when she clocked out. We stood in the parking lot, laid hands on her, praying for healing of her body and for the racial division to cease now in the name of Jesus. The 11 yr old stood by and observed. When we got home, my friend’s son said he loved Jesus, too, and wanted to have Jesus’ love in his heart!! His mom and I discussed what it means to 'be saved' and he chose to receive Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior!!!
