If there’s one thing I’ve learned from climbing over the years it that to improve in any way you have to get outside your comfort zone. For me that normally means climbing new styles or trying intimidating routes but sometimes getting outside of my comfort zone means having hard conversations or thinking about things that I would rather ignore. So for everyone who’s been defensively spouting hate in my comments for the last few weeks - maybe you should embrace discomfort as an opportunity for growth... Just a random thought...
