We don’t have big margins anymore. We can’t sweep shit under the rug. The luxury of “I’ll deal with that later” or numbing our feelings just isn’t something we have right now. The entire world is in upheaval and we are being asked - no, directed - to evolve. To grow. To level up. And for us to do that; for us to actually see a real change in this world and not have our planet go to absolute shit (because that’s where we have been heading for so long) it is IMPERATIVE that you take care of your inner space. Your heart. Your mind. That you deal with what’s in the way. That you examine your bias and judgment and fear and conditioning, and also your wounds and your trauma and your pain. What we don’t process is going to come out as reactivity, as lashing out, as drama, as triggers we act on without space to check in on what’s actually moving within us again and again and again. And I get it. Holding space is hard. Doing this work is hard. And the more you accumulate, the harder it’s going to get.⁣ ⁣ So: process. Process! NOW is the time to find a good therapist to talk to if you’ve been thinking about it. To get seriously disciplined with your self-care practices. To move your body every day. To cut out distractions and things that don’t serve you. To get really picky with how you choose to spend your time. To share - from the heart - what’s shifting inside of you today. ⁣ ⁣ Because something IS shifting. And the discomfort you are feeling right now? The anxiety? The frustration?
