I’ve been doing them since I was 18 and right now I’m doing one a day. Sometimes on my trampoline. (feels like cheating and it’s magic).
When in crisis (and we are in crisis indeed - collective and individual), do what you gotta do to move shit around. Don’t get stuck. Feel. Process deeply every day. Remember: crisis always precedes the healing.
