Put in a sub 50 min 10K run which felt good and this morning followed up a 45 mile bike ride with a sub 20 min 5K row. Don’t ever let anyone set your limitations. Moving into my 40’s (and as much as it pains me to write that) I have never felt fitter or stronger. There is so much talk about health right now amid the Covid Pandemic but I think it’s also important to feed and maintain our mental health. We don’t have to run marathons, triathlons or feats of physical activity. Do whatever makes your mind, body and heart feel good. Healthy body, healthy mind seems more apt than ever in these trying times. Tell me in the comments below how you are keeping yourself physically and mentally in tune.
