Week 13 - Workout Plans are now up in my story 💪🏼 can you actually believe I already created 52 workout plans during the last 12 weeks?? 😄😄.
As always, we have 5 different versions: Beginner, 30min, 45min, 45min Fat Burn & 45min Dance 🧘♀️ This week, we will have a 30min LIVE Stretching session on Thursday (basically a long version of the Daily Stretch Video) and a new 15min Ab Workout on Friday. Tomorrow starts with „All Your Faves“ (based on your votings), your absolute fave 12min Happy Sweat is included 2x this week and you also voted to bring back the 10min Muffin Top workout after 7 weeks 💦 let’s goooo! #motivated
