It not like there was some sudden change that just happened, it has been this way my whole life & longer. The only difference: it’s been brought to light & it’s been called out. - In all honesty I am extremely embarrassed by my own ignorance. I am embarrassed that because “I don’t see race”, I didn’t see the problem. I am embarrassed that I didn’t stand up & speak up sooner. And I am embarrassed that I was unaware of the extreme injustice that still to this day lives in our world. - The best way we can start making change is start with OURSELVES. Let’s open our minds.
