Whatever. I’m the girl who posts photos of bread now and I’m cool with it. Because this bread is the best damn bread in the world PLUS I happened to have my camera on my body doing product photography for Bayou SO it deserves a pic AND it only has three ingredients AND I’m not a baker but I can do it so you can too. Also, started that sentence with “because” and I’m cool w that too.
So here ya go!
RAW Buckwheat groats (not toasted), WATER AND SALT.
Cover two cups groats in water. Let it sit for 12 hours. Drain gooey water and blend groats with one cup water and 1 Tbs sea salt. Let it sit for 12 hours.
Grease loaf pan w coconut oil and sesame seeds. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Batter will smell kind of stinky and that’s OK! BOOM😋 OG recipe inspired by my girls at @womens_heritage , plates/cups hand made by my girl @earthandelement . (Support local business :)!)
