Here are three wrist strengthening exercises that my trainer @bhkillian has me doing while I recover with my hip totally still and unhinged. These are important maintenance exercises whether you are actively climbing right now or not in order to avoid injury and to increase stability strength.
For each position, 👊🏼✊🏼🤚🏻 do 12 outwards, 12 inward turns. Try to repeat this quick set of 3 exercises 3 times a day. Let me know if you’re get a bit pumped, too 😁
