I’ve been getting a lot of messages from you guys asking how I keep myself motivated, but just like anyone else I have times where I feel unmotivated too especially recently. Here are some tips & tricks I do to help myself stay positive and on track though!
•Give yourself daily positive affirmations
•Switch up your routines and try something new
•Don’t compare yourself. The only person you should be competing with is yourself- focus on you! •Remind yourself everyday what it is YOU want and believe in yourself! Words and thoughts are more powerful than you think
•Celebrate the small wins, they all lead up to your final goal
•Rather than thinking; “I hate exercising and find it boring” replace that with ; “I love exercising because of how good I feel after and let alone the results that will come!” Once you replace those negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.
Please remember to be proud of yourself and what you have already achieved especially given life’s recent events. Take it one day at a time, we are in this together! 😘
