I can’t believe so many people from around the world said hi 🌍 Forgot half the things I wanted to say. The live thing ain’t so easy 😅Here’s my pear and cinnamon ripple ice cream recipe. It is the perfect way to finish a meal or treat yourself with the sunshine weather making more appearances. 🍐 1/2 tin of pears (200g drained weight - other tinned fruit will also work) 1/2 tin of condensed milk (200g) 300ml double/whipping cream generous pinch of cinnamon Drain the pears (save the syrup to pour have with sparkling water over ice with some torn mint). Use a stick blender (my cordless @cuisinart one came in handy) to purée the pears with a generous pinch of cinnamon until you have a smoothie consistency. Whisk the cream and condensed milk until it's thick and fluffy Pour in the puréed pear and use a spatula to ripple it through. You could now serve it as a mousse or line a loaf tin (I like using a loaf tin as you can easily slice this for ice cream sandwiches) or any dish of your liking with baking paper or cling film and pour in the ice cream. Smooth out the top and freeze for at least 2 hours. Take the ice cream out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving.
