Girls! You’ve heard me talk about Diaphragm Breathing before, and even more so in recent weeks now that I’m pregnant and can’t do actual core workouts. So instead, I’m practicing Diaphragm Breathing which is THE most important thing to practice to learn how to truly engage your abs and connect with your deep core muscles (the transverse abdominus)

I know this might look boring, but let me tell you, this is exactly what not only helped me learn how to engage my core and see more defined ab progress, but it’s one of the things that helped me recover from my hip flexor issues.
