#CafeKitsuneRecipe l It’s Cocktail Time! Here’s how to concoct our ‘Aoyama Gin Fizz’ at home, where cranberry, Thai basil and yuzu meet for a refreshing take on the classic Gin Fizz 🍋

First step, prepare your home-made cranberry and Thai basil syrup:
- In a saucepan, whisk 500ml of cranberry juice and 500g of sugar together at medium heat, and stir until sugar dissolves.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, add 15 fresh leaves of Thai basil, and let the syrup cool down.
- Then strain it, pour it in a bottle and refrigerate it.

For one cocktail, all you need is:
- 50ml of gin
- 20ml of home-made cranberry and Thai basil syrup
- 20ml of yuzu juice
- A dash of egg white
- Soda water

Then:
- Add the gin, home-made syrup, yuzu juice and egg white in your shaker filled with ice, and…shake vigorously!
- Pour the preparation into a glass filled with ice cubes through a fine mesh strainer,
- And top off with soda water,
- Garnish with a dehydrated slice of lime and a Thai basil leaf,

Serve and enjoy!
