Living room exercises, using power bands and a dishtowel!
I like 8-15 reps per exercises and 3-4 sets total, just do what makes sense for you 😊
•squats (with band around your shoulders and standing on band) •split stance squats (with band around your shoulders and standing on band)
•lateral lunge slides
•single arm standing overhead press (standing on band with one foot, press band up in one hand)
