An hour. That’s about how long a cake lasts in my house! I love classic baking, but I also lean into grain free and protein packed. I randomly had Cassava flour because Hayes brought it home the 1st week of Quarantine because it was the only flour left on the shelf! I remembered this recipe because I think @pamelasalzman is the Queen of GF refined sugar free cooking. Anyway, you can sub Tapioca and Arrowroot for the Cassava. Or AP flour may work? I added more spices and then butter and powdered sugar to the frosting! I mean, frosting can only be so healthy.
