Home workouts can be so challenging, especially because there are so many distractions like the fridge and laying in bed 😜🤣. It can be hard to follow a diet plan and train at the intensity level I’m use to, but I have to stay motivated, no excuses, so I mentally prepare myself each day and set time aside to train with the equipment I have.  How are you staying motivated? ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Here are a few of my favorite band exercises 💪🏼💪🏼⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
1️⃣ Side band lateral raises: ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4 sets x 12-15 reps⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
(keep tension on bands through out movement)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
2️⃣Single arm band press: ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4 sets x12-15 reps⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
(tension on cable through out movement)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
3️⃣Band bicep curls: ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4 sets x 12-15 reps⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4️⃣Band roman dead lifts: slightly bent: ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4 sets x  12-15 reps ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
(cable at base of neck with legs) ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
5️⃣Band front leg kicks: ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4 sets x 12-15 reps. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
6️⃣Cable rear leg kicks: ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4 sets x 12-15 reps ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
7️⃣Lunges on bench, deep lunge⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4 sets  x 12-15 reps ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
8️⃣ Band flys:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
4 sets x 12-15 reps ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
(squeeze chest as arms come together)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
