Home workouts can be so challenging, especially because there are so many distractions like the fridge and laying in bed 😜🤣. It can be hard to follow a diet plan and train at the intensity level I’m use to, but I have to stay motivated, no excuses, so I mentally prepare myself each day and set time aside to train with the equipment I have. How are you staying motivated?
Here are a few of my favorite band exercises 💪🏼💪🏼
1️⃣ Side band lateral raises:
4 sets x 12-15 reps
(keep tension on bands through out movement)
2️⃣Single arm band press:
4 sets x12-15 reps
(tension on cable through out movement)
3️⃣Band bicep curls:
4 sets x 12-15 reps
4️⃣Band roman dead lifts: slightly bent:
4 sets x 12-15 reps
(cable at base of neck with legs)
5️⃣Band front leg kicks:
4 sets x 12-15 reps.
6️⃣Cable rear leg kicks:
4 sets x 12-15 reps
7️⃣Lunges on bench, deep lunge
4 sets x 12-15 reps
8️⃣ Band flys:
4 sets x 12-15 reps
(squeeze chest as arms come together)
