Checking in as my off season is over and this week I begin prepping for my next show. ⁣
Don’t wait for the perfect time as life never makes it easy on us and there are so many other difficulties we have to deal with. ⁣

Gyms closed, limited food selections and no toilet paper make this a tough time to start pre-contest prep, but i will find a way. ⁣
⁣
Life can be tough and we all need love, encouragement and support especially when dealing with challenging circumstances. ⁣

I admire all of you who face your struggles with a positive attitude and don’t lose hope. ⁣
