I thought today was #meatlessmonday but today is Tuesday. I clearly have lost all concept of time! Well maybe it’s Tahini Tuesday which is fitting for this @ottolenghi recipe from his cookbook, “Jerusalem”. Swiss chard with tahini, yogurt and buttered pine nuts. Thanks @littlemisscontrary for the bounty from your garden. 😊 The fresh greens were punctuated with this vibrant sauce. So good! 😋 Prep shown in my highlights. #quarantinecooking
