A healthy and delicious breakfast I’ve been making before bed so that I don’t even have to think about what to make when I wake up! The chia seeds are a great source of omega-3’s, fibre and antioxidants 💫🌿 Here’s the recipe:

Serves 3
3 tbsp Chia Seeds
3 tbsp Oats
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Goji Berries (or other dried fruit)
2 Dates
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Top with Oat or Almond Milk (about 1 cup) • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a container, and then pour over the milk. • Stir in the chopped dates and keep in the fridge until the morning. Yes, it’s THAT easy!
