This is our Indian ginger and turmeric tea that we were having every morning in Mumbai, thanks to the recipe @pranabydimplejangda gave me 🍵. The ingredients naturally help to support the immune system and are high in antioxidants and anti inflammatories. It’s so quick and easy to make before breakfast or throughout the day. Recipe (serves 2)
2 tbsp Chopped Fresh/Frozen Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
Large pinch Crushed Black Pepper
2-3 cups Water
Optional Organic Honey • Add all ingredients to a saucepan (apart from the honey) and bring to the boil. Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes.
• Pour into a teapot (or straight into your favourite mug) and allow to cool to a drinkable temperature before adding the honey.
