The spec build—which was thoughtfully transformed with assistance from Dorn's design collective, Fairfax Dorn Projects—was completely void of personality and character. Now, the upgraded summer home showcases the pair's highly developed aesthetics with a mix of A-list art, bold hues, and statement accents. The welcoming sitting area in the home's guest cottage is furnished with a pair of 1960s Carl Malmsten chairs in a Sandra Jordan alpaca, a Mathieu Matégot cocktail table, and a kilim by Woven; the artwork is by @nathanielmaryquinn.
