For a Bel Air property, owned by real estate developer Ted Foxman, interior designer @lonnipaul opted for a calming palette of blues and grays in the spacious family room. “We wanted a light, airy, positive energy to be everywhere—large spaces that felt cozy and comfortable, and something that was widely appealing to anyone,” Foxman says of his vision for the property.
