1) Rotating bicep curls
4 x 12-15
*Don’t swing your arms, nice and controlled. Elbows tight. .

2) Seated rope bicep curls
3 x 10-12
*keep your back straight, elbows tight!

3) Assisted bicep curl machine
3 x 8-12 *All the way down, all the way up. Squeeze Bicep at the top of your rep! Controlled.. Leg Day next video?
