And the way I personally receive them is a direct reflection of the STATE of the person who says it. .
Not taken personal. I encourage YOU to do the same.

How the hell can you please everyone? YOU CANNOT EVER. Stop trying. Just do you & let those who “disapprove” go away in disappointment. .
Too many of us FEAR offending others just by being ourself & water ourselves down..that’s gotta stop.

My intent is to encourage YOU to be confident not arrogant, feel strong from the inside out, LIKE who you are, feel good in your skin..NOT hide it.

No matter what size you are, confidence looks good on you. So does strength, however that looks to you! It’s not one sized fits all so please don’t try fitting everyones ideal..it’s the fastest way OUT of self love.
