I don’t have a separate chest day🤗 but trust me when I say this burns A LOT🔥🤭. Enjoy and tag me when you do these!😍

2️⃣ Incline chest press 3 x 15 reps.
3️⃣ Chest Cable fly 3 x 15 reps.
