Mmkay... each their own I guess? I accept people have different opinions, beliefs and religious sentiments that govern their behaviour - but I’d never put somebody down nor criticise them for doing what makes them most happy. I’ve worked very hard for my body and I’m damn proud of it, I hit the gym everyday to build muscle as a vegan and have abs after having two children so if I feel good taking care of myself and trying to motivate others to be kind and lead a healthier more positive life then who is to tell me that I can’t? At the end of the day we should all do what makes us most happy in life without hurting others. He tried to suggest - after I explained I was previously abused and wanted to take control of my life and body with my own choices - that in showing what I’ve achieved and the body confidence I now have, I therefore make other women feel unattractive if they do not look like me? Well, everytime I put on a Beyoncé track I feel empowered to be a strong confident woman, not threatened and inferior to her beauty and success, I am in awe of her. I live my life with nothing but positivity and love, and if I can inspire others to be healthier and happier then that’s a bonus to me - if you don’t like it don’t look.
