TROPICAL KALE SMOOTHIE / serves two⁠
1 cup kale⁠
1/2 cup water⁠
1 orange⁠
1/2 cup pineapple⁠
1/2 cup mango⁠
1 tbs. chia seeds⁠

1. Place kale, orange and water in blender. Puree until smooth.⁠
2. Add remaining fruit and blend again.⁠
