Once upon a time, I was a very hungry girl. 😂 While my current fitness goals would never include a bikini competition type physique again, I do have some plans for 2020 to fall back into the reason I started picking up weights in the first place. 💛 Sometimes now I think of it as more of an obligation than an escape, and I’d really like to get that excitement back—of knowing that every move I’m doing is directly correlated into improving my physique and challenging my body and willpower. Imagining the end goal and watching it unfold was so damn exciting! And fun! Watching your body perform things you didn’t know were possible is just fckin cool, to be honest. This year, we’re not worried about the 6-pack, but we ARE here for pushing our body *safely* to really seeing what it can do and accomplish! I’m here for the challenge, one day at a time. 2020 is our yearrrr amirite ✨🙌🏼💕
