I felt bummed out for no reason, and sluggish, and sad, I don’t even know. But I do know, in my own case at least, dwelling on the sad never really works out for me. My own home remedies include a workout + some sunshine ☀️ + good ol fashioned spray tan/fresh hair/makeup for vain self-esteem reasons — a good combination of this always seem to do the trick to lift my mood and motivation!!
