For all my long time #BBG and #BBGStronger ladies out there, this one is for you! For anyone who doesn't know, this piece of equipment at the end of the barbell is called a Landmine and it can be a really versatile tool to help you mix up your weights sessions in the gym. It allows you to "plug" a barbell into a fixed point on one end.
