WINTER vs SUMMER healthy food choices!!! Depending on where you are in the world and what season it is, healthy food choices can look VERY different. It's SO hot in Australia right now so I am all about home grown tomatoes and stone fruit but when winter comes around, I know I won't be able to even think about it. Instead I will be filling up on all kinds of roast vegetables and soup! It's so important to listen to your body and fuel it with nutrient rich the foods which help you FEEL energised.
