Nothing like some easy listening to get you through the holidays. Um, no, that’s not at all what Colleen Hoover’s “Verity” is..not at ALL. But, boy is it a thriller. This month’s @audible recommendation is intense, steamy, and all kinds of messed up. Maybe it IS good for the holidays, actually—it’s so dark that it’ll force you to keep things light and cheery in your own life. ⁣

But it’s really good—especially if you want a fiction thriller. I couldn’t stop listening. And I picked up a friend as I was listening to it and she got into the car during a particular steamy scene and was like, “what the...”. Pretty sure she downloaded it the next day 😂.
