I received an email from @fohr.co today highlighting my “best” Instagram posts of the year and ironically it was like re-living my worst moments because my most “engaged” photos were when I shared some tremendous losses. This year has been really, really tough personally. And ironically, it’s been one of my best years, professionally. ⁣

If anything, I hope it’s helpful to see that life isn’t linear. With the good, comes the bad. And maybe, by sharing some of my worst moments on here, it helps someone else feel a little less alone. ⁣ 📸 @ironandhoney
