Is anyone else having a rough couple of days emotionally/mentally?
Feeling triggered and all up in my head.🙇🏻‍♀️
Feeling insecure and doubtful. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Feeling unlovable and like isolating.🙅🏻‍♀️ These days are confusing... they wrap around me like a thick fog and cloud my thoughts and judgement.
I tell myself stories and sometimes say things I don’t even know if I even mean.

These days—even though it’s the last thing I want to do—it’s best to lean in.
These are the days when the work really matters.
It’s time to break out the journal, roll out the mat, go for a walk, and phone a friend.
