I managed to make a spicy slow cooked bean stew (soak and cook beans, fry onion add beans, spices, tomato paste and a spoon of @marmite). I topped it with sliced avocado, sunblushed tomatoes, baby salad leaves, greek yogurt, cheese, pumpkin seeds and pickled jalapenos but you could top with anything. Easy to make advance, even better the following day.
