Played dress up at my favourite Austrian designer @lenahoschek and got to pick out some outfits (gifted) for my events. 👗 Quick bite at Trześniewski for some local open sandwiches.🍞🧀🥚 Booksigning @thalia_buchhandlungen_at followed by dinner at a Viennese institution, Plachutta. This restaurant specialises in a nose to tail approach to eating beef. Beef broth with thinly sliced pancakes, bone marrow on rye toast, slow cooked cuts of beef (tongue, short rib, shoulder). Meal finished with the lightest fluffiest Viennese ‘soufflé’. 💨 Vielen dank @annaburghardt for the brilliant food tips, @roughcutbird and Susanna for the great dinner company. 😴 Now rolling to bed.
