Much needed after those 26.2! I trained for months to run the NYC Marathon and my muscles are pretty damn sore. Any other runners out there?? Who ran yesterday with me? Tag yourself below if you are a fellow marathon runner and let me know what marathon you ran 🏃🏼‍♂️NYC was intense!
