I can think of a lot of things that I’d rather be asked to do instead of pushing a dead van down the road immediately after a 12 mile run. But I think that’s what we get for slacking on mile 11 👎🏼

Side note: not many things I hate more than long distance running ... but at the same time there aren’t many things I love more than the feeling of completing a hard long run. Anyone else have that same love/hate relationship?!
