Hey I know it’s Monday..😴 But it’s also a new day, a new week, a beautiful day to start something new and be motivated!😎 My short term goal for this week: drink 3 liters water each day & gym at least 4 times this week- no excuses👌🏽💁🏻‍♀️ This week is yours honey! Go for it!💜💜

Have a try with this full body workout and start your Monday off strong👀🙌🏽: 1️⃣ Stability ball plank | 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Dumbell pullover | 12 reps.
3️⃣ Squat to push press | 15 reps.
4️⃣ Supermans | 30 seconds. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Do this either for 4 sets each or in a circuit, then repeat it 4/5 rounds. you can choose whatever feels better for you.😎 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
