And we stuck it! Forgive my ultra fluffy ocean bangs and unabashed excitement, just working on transitions aka FLIPS from headstands over here! Song by my brothers @bravessound for added joy, and video by my sweet @acrosprout the other half of this amazing duo that I have been training with for the past couple of years. Thank you @moderntarzan for pushing me to my limit every time! It took a long time to build up to flips, because I’m cautious, but mostly because I don’t have time to train anymore like I used to. This session happened on my 45 minute lunch break AKA the time I usually take to keep working since I have to race to pickup my baby from class right after. Then I go back to work, which means no time to train anymore. I set my timer so I wouldn’t be late, stuffed gym clothes in my trunk next to lunch box, iPad and made it happen. Needed to prove to myself that sometimes you can make it all work. Not always, but worth trying if it’s something that makes you happy :)
