TRY THIS LEG CIRCUIT, it’s part of my Fall 6 Week Chalknege💪🏽 3-4 Rounds of:
1) DB Side Lunges - 8 each side
2) DB Straight-legged deadlifts - 12-15 reps
3) Hack Squat - 15-20 reps (go at or below parallel)
4) Single-legged hip thrusters (isolates and builds each glute) 12-15 reps
- keep neck neutral, upper back on bench, core tight, lift with indivual glute and leg only, feel the burn
5) Barbell Squats- 12-15 reps moderate weight (or 6-8 reps heavy weight)
