The YUMMIEST recipe😋💕! This Miso Garlic Grilled Pork is so addictive and is a breeze to make. ⠀

■Ingredients:⠀
- 300g (0.7lb) pork, thinly sliced⠀
*Marinated with some salt, pepper, 1 tbsp Sake and sprinkled with flour.⠀

▼For the sauce▼⠀
- 1 tbsp Miso⠀
- 1+1/2 tbsp Sake⠀
- 1+1/2 tbsp Mirin⠀
- 1 garlic knob, grated⠀
- 1/2 tbsp sugar⠀

■Steps:⠀
1. Mix the ingredients above and make the Miso sauce.⠀
2. Marinate pork with salt, pepper, and Sake and sprinkle with flour.⠀
3. Preheat Steam Grill for 3 minutes.⠀
4. Grill for about 2 minutes until grill marks.⠀
5. Flip over, pour water in the water pocket and Steam-Grill for a few more minutes.⠀
6. Add the sauce.⠀
7. Serve with cherry tomatoes if you like :) ⠀
