Baked and Buttery Whole Potato 🥔

Here are some hints on how to make the best oven-baked potatoes with salty, crispy skin and fluffy potato inside.
What you'll need
・ 1 large Russet potato
・ 1/4 cup olive oil
・ 1 tablespoon Himalayan or sea salt
Steps
➊ Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
➋ Wash and dry the potatoes.
➌ Pierce the potato 2-3 times with a fork.
➍ Rub oil all over the potatoes.
➎ Rub Himalayan or sea salt all over the potatoes.
➏ Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes.
➐ The potato should be tender inside if you poke a fork into it.
