Leg workout from earlier! Was not having the best day & also had to cut my workout short because I saw @dailydoseofjuicey being naughty on the doggy cam right when I pulled into the gym 😅 #PuppyMom - so I stuck to minimal rest time, super sets & higher intensity movements to keep my heart rate up to get the most out of my time there 🙃
- Smith machine sumo squats: 4 sets of 12
- Smith machine RDL’s: 4 sets of 12
- Super set: heels elevated goblet squats (4 sets of 10) with toes elevated RDL’s (4 sets of 15)
- Super set: alternating jump lunges (4 sets of 20) with jump squats (4 sets of 10)
- Hip thrusts: 4 sets of 15 - not the most ideal set up, but it was the best I could do lol.
