Leg workout from yesterday 😰 Left me so sore and then to do a climbing class today after this workout… big yikessss 😂 I’m struggling lol. Whole workout is listed down below!

- Super Set: Hip Thrusts (4 sets of 15) with RDL’s (4 sets of 12 - 5 second count on the way down, exploding on the way up)
- Cable Pull-Thru’s: 4 sets of 15
- Cable Front / Goblet Squats: 3 sets of 15
