Friday night deltsssss 💀 This workout killed me lol. It looks very simple (because I like to keep simple, basic movements) but keeping it fast paced and the super sets made it hard for me to fix my ponytail afterwards 😅
Also, UGH I caved and added freakin text because it’s a lot easier to find workouts when you’re looking on my page - I am still cringing lol but I do think it’ll be more helpful in the long run 😫
ANYWAYSSSS 👇🏻
- DB Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 10
- Lateral Raise Drop Set: 4 sets of 20 (dropping to a lower weight after 10 reps) and finishing it off with partial rep lateral raises for 10 reps.
- Super Set: Seated alternating DB front raise (3 sets of 10 each arm) with front raise variation (3 sets of 12)
- KB Upright Rows: 3 sets of 15 (can use barbell or dumbbells if you want)
- Super Set: KB lateral raises (3 sets of 10 each arm) with supinated grip lateral raises (3 sets of 12)
