Shoulder workout 🔥💦 quick and EFFECTIVE as hell lol my arms were falling off after this one. Love super-setting especially on shoulder day to really just burn em out 👏🏻 Whole workout listed below:
- DB Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 8-10
- Super Set: Supinated grip lateral raises (4 sets of 10) with lateral raises (4 sets of 10)
- Super Set: Alternating underhand front raises (3 sets of 10 each arm) followed by regular front raises (3 sets of 12) *swinging a bit more than normal, but sometimes I’d rather push out reps with a swing than quit*
- Upright rows: 3 sets of 15
- Incline bench lateral raises: 4 sets of 12
- Finish with around the world's until failure! *not filmed*
